It is commonly recognized that the world about us is becoming increasingly uncivil. If left unchecked, it may rapidly become a world that we don’t wish to leave to our children and grandchildren.

So how do we fix it? How do we stem the tide of incivility that is infecting all aspects of society?

We begin by electing upright citizens who possess integrity to represent us in all aspects of our self-governance.

I believe Shannon Fredericks is the epitome of a civil servant. She is intelligent, understands the needs of our young people, is able to make difficult decisions, and yet exudes compassion.
